Terms of Service
The terms that apply to our estimates, services, and communications.
Last updated: November 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Miami Glass ("we," "us," "our") website and the estimates, site visits, and glass and glazing services we provide. By requesting an estimate, booking a site visit, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Estimates
Estimates provided by Miami Glass are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, a site assessment. Final pricing depends on field measurement, material selection, hardware, and site conditions discovered during the project. A written quote, once accepted, governs the scope and price of the work.
2. Site visits
A standard site visit lasts about 30 minutes. We use this time to assess scope, measure, and discuss options so your estimate is accurate. Same-day appointments are available for many projects, and we respond quickly on most requests. You agree to provide reasonable site access for measurement and installation.
3. Services and scheduling
We provide residential and commercial glass and glazing services across Miami & South Florida, from design consultation and measurement through fabrication and installation. Scheduling is subject to material availability, weather, and site readiness. We will communicate timelines in good faith and keep you informed of any changes.
4. SMS / text message terms (TCPA & A2P 10DLC)
When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive calls and SMS text messages from Miami Glass — including those sent using an automated telephone dialing system — regarding your inquiry and the services you requested. These terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages related to a single inquiry.
- Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Request help by replying HELP.
- You may also opt out by calling us at (647) 763-1713.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may request an estimate and receive services without consenting to SMS messages.
- You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide and are at least 18 years of age.
Our messaging program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the A2P 10DLC messaging framework administered by U.S. mobile carriers. We do not share your wireless number for marketing without your prior express written consent.
5. Warranty
Our work is backed by a five-year product warranty. We are fully licensed and insured in Florida. Specific warranty terms, coverage, and exclusions are provided in writing with your completed project. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or events outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
8. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites or external resources. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those external sites.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
